Zeyno is a conversational companion, not a medical device or licensed therapy service. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline. Zeyno will always surface local helpline information when a conversation suggests you may be at risk.

What we collect
Your conversations, the memories you ask Zeyno to keep, and basic account details. On the free tier you can use Zeyno without an account, in which case your history stays on your device.
Why we collect it
To hold context across conversations, to sync across your devices when you sign in, and to keep the service running. Nothing more.
What we never do
We do not sell your conversations, share them with advertisers, or use them to build advertising profiles.
Your controls
You can export or delete individual memories, wipe your full history, or close your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent.

Who can use Zeyno
You must be 18 or older to use Zeyno.
What Zeyno is not
Zeyno is a conversational companion. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or a substitute for licensed therapy or emergency care.
Subscriptions
Every feature is free, with one limit that combines the number, length and complexity of your conversations. Unlimited use is available to purchase in the app, billed through your app store and renewing until you cancel. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
Fair use
Don't use Zeyno to harm others, to break the law, or to generate content that puts anyone at risk. We may suspend accounts that do.
Account and subscription
Closing your account and cancelling unlimited use.
Delete account
Permanently remove your account and everything tied to it, from Settings.
Cancel subscription
Unlimited use is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel it in your store account settings.
